Recruitment in Govt Polytechnic Jammu

Engagement of Guest Faculty at Government Polytechnic Jammu Applications are invited on prescribed format from the eligible candidates who are domicile of J&K UT, for engagement as Guest Faculty for the academic session Nov-Dec 2024 for the below mentioned discipline :-

The Application as per format (available on www.govtpolytechnicjammu.edu.in) accompanied with self-attested copies of the following documents in form of hardcopy only must be submitted In the office of the undersigned by or before 17.08.2023 by 04:00 PM and no Application shall be entertained after the said date/time in any case :-

1. Academic/ Technical Qualification. (Certificate/ Mark sheets)

2. Domicile Certificate.

3. Experience certificate, if any.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-

1. The engagement shall be purely on need basis for one academic session Nov-Dec 2024 only.

2. The selected candidates shall have to submit the undertaking/ affidavit from 1st Class Magistrate before joining clearly indicating that he/ she shall not claim for continuation/regularization for his/her services after the completion of said session & shall follow all rules and regulations of the institution.

3. Selection shall be made purely on merit basis; 80 Points shall be kept for basic qualification (pro-rata basis), 05 points for higher qualification, 05 points for GATE/NET/SET and 05 points for Teaching Experience (Polytechnic Diploma Level or Higher Level) pro-rata basis (01 point for each academic year), 05 points for Interaction with concerned candidates (Interaction session will schedule on 21-08-2024 at 11:00 AM)

4. The remuneration for the guest faculty shall be Rs 750/- per hour subject to the maximum of Rs 20,000/- per month.
