JKDFC invites applications for manning the following positions in the Corporation. Candidates meeting the prescribed criteria may send their application in the prescribed format available on the Corporation’s website www.jkdfc.org, along with documents as required. The application should reach the office of the J&K Development Finance Corporation Ltd, Ground Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Udyog Bhawan, Railhead Complex, Jammu UT of J&K-180012 only through Indian Registered Post/ Speed post latest by or before 29-08-2025.

1. Management Executive (Accounts & Finance) – 01 Post (ST-01)

Pay scale: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 (IDA)

Qualification:
Qualified Chartered Accountancy/Cost & Management Accountancy or a Regular full time two year MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized institution/University with specialization in Finance.

Experience:
Five years post qualification executive experience.

2. Executive Assistant (Accounts & Finance) – 01 Post (ST-01)

Pay scale: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000 (IDA)

Qualification:
Qualified Chartered Accountancy/Cost & Management Accountancy or a Regular full time two year MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized institution/University with specialization in Finance.

3. Executive Assistant (Accounts & Finance) – 03 Posts (Un-Reserved-03)

Pay scale: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000 (IDA)

Qualification:
Qualified Chartered Accountancy/Cost & Management Accountancy or a Regular full time two year MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from recognized institution/University with specialization in Finance.

4. Executive Assistant (Human Resource) – 01 (Un-Reserved-01)

Pay scale: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000 (IDA)

Qualification:
MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from recognized institution/university with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management or equivalent with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Max. Age Limit:
The candidate should not be more than 32 years of age as on 30-06-2025. Age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.

Shortlisted candidates called for written test/interview, as the case may be, shall not be paid any TA/DA, however SC/ST candidates will be allowed for TA as per rules.
