Application for the posts of Managing Director and Director (Finance) in National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) Ltd. through Search-cum-Selection Committee (ScSC) mode.

This is with reference to the Advertisement for the posts of Managing Director and Director (Finance) in National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) Ltd. in ‘Employment News’ on 11.05.2024 and circulation vide Vacancy Circular dated 01.05.2024 (copy enclosed) and extension of last date of application vide Corrigendum dated 07.06.2024 (copy enclosed).

2. In this connection, it is stated that the applications for the aforesaid posts are invited with certain revised eligibility criteria.

3. Company profile, Job Description including the revised eligibility criteria, duration of the posts and other details, and the application proforma for appointment to the posts of Managing Director and Director (Finance) in NFDC can be downloaded from the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting’s Website i.e. https://www.rnib.gov.in.

4. The Cadre Controlling Authorities are requested to forward the duly filled in applications (as per the application proforma) along with copies of relevant documents as per the requirement indicated in the Job Description of the eligible and willing officers to the following address within 28 days of advertisement of the posts in ‘Employment News’:

5. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date i.e. after 28 days of advertisement of the posts in ‘Employment News’ will be rejected. For convenience, a scanned copy of the same may also be sent at e-mail; [email protected]

6. It is also requested that advance action may be taken to keep the ACRs for the last 10 years of those candidates ready along with their vigilance profile [(i) penalty imposed, if any. during the last 10 years, (ii) details of disciplinary’ action initiated/being initiated if any. etc.] to be furnished as and when meeting for selection is scheduled.

7. Those who have already applied for the above-stated posts against the Vacancy Circular dated 01.05.2024 and extension of last date of application vide Corrigendum dated 07.06,2024 are requested to check their eligibility as per the revised eligibility criteria. If eligible, they need not apply again. Applications received as per the previous eligibility criteria will not be considered, if found ineligible as per the revised eligibility criteria.
