Eligible candidates are invited for Walk-in-Interview for engagement of Project Assistant for an IMR Project entitled “Establishment of Germplasm of some rare and Threatened high altitude medicinal plants of Kashmir Himalayas under temperate climatic condition of Srinagar” purely on contractual basis on consolidated monthly remuneration mentioned below at Regional Research Institute of Unani Medicine, Habak Chowk, Naseem Bagh Campus, Kashmir University, Hazratbal, Srinagar.
Eligible candidates should have B.Sc in Botany / Agriculture / Forestry (Desirable: M.Sc in Botany / Agriculture / Forestry with knowledge of Medical Plants). The upper age limit is 35 years as on 05-11-2025. The tenure is initially for a period of six months. The consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs. 20,000 + HRA.
Desirous candidate(s) fulfilling the above requirements may report for interview on 05-11-2025 at 10:30 AM at Regional Research Institute of Unani Medicine (RRIUM), Srinagar, with detailed bio-data along with passport size photographs and a set of self-attested copies of certificates in proof of age, educational qualifications and experiences, which would be verified from their originals. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview. The institute shall reserve the right not to fill up the above said advertised position without assigning any reason.
