Recruitment of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper) in the Anganwadi Center of Poshan Project Bhagwah.

As application on prescribed Performa are invited for eligible female candidates for Recruitment of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper) on Honorarium basis for the Anganwadi Center mentioned below in respect of Poshan Project Bhagwah as per Annexure-A.
Eligibility Criteria :
As per Govt. Order No. 222-JK (SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022, Govt. Order No. 103-JK (SWD) of 2023 dated 28-04-2023, SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2022-23/21349-72 dated 14-07-2023 and MDP/Estt/M-27/2023/25398-25539 dated 17-08-2023 in respect of Recruitment of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper).

Criteria for Selection of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper) :
a. The selection of Helper shall be restricted to the electoral ward where Anganwadi Centre is located.
b. Women candidate in the age group of 18–37 years as of 01-01-2025 shall be considered for the post.
c. Candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K.
d. Minimum qualification for Anganwadi Helper shall be Matriculation.
e. In case no matriculate candidate is available in the ward, candidates with qualification not less than VIII standard shall be considered.
f. A Selection Committee comprising of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Block Development Officer (BDO) and Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) concerned in each Project/Block shall have the mandate to make selections of the eligible candidates for the position of AWH.
g. The committee shall select the married woman of the ward as helper. In case no married candidate is available, unmarried candidate may be considered.
h. Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10th and selection shall be done purely on merit basis and no other criteria to be considered.
The application performa given in Annexure-B of this notice for Recruitment of Sanganis (Anganwadi Worker) & Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper) for anganwadi centers as per Annexure-A of this notice complete in all respects along with self-attested copies of the following documents should be sent to the office of the undersigned by registered post or by personal delivery against proper receipt within 14 days from the date of publication of this Notice.

i. Academic Qualification certificate with marks Sheet
ii. Date of Birth certificate
iii. Domicile Certificate
iv. Latest certified copy of Panchayat/Ward Voter list as a proof of residence of candidate
Note: No Application form will be entertained after the expiry of the last date.
