Recruitment of Anganwadi Helpers/Aayas in Kalakote
Engagement/Hiring of helper/AAYAS under support to Pre- Primary (ECCE) for the year 2024-25.
Ref:- Project Directorate of Samagra Shiksha’s order No:07 of Chirag-2023 dated:-09/01/2023 & No EDU/PD/ECCE/Helpers/1861-1905/2023-24, dated:-06.06.2023,No:EDU/PD/SmS/ECCE/AAYA/4517-41/2024-25,DATED:-23.04.2024 and Chief Education Officer Rajouri’s vide endorsement order no:-CEOR/SmS/2024-25/1741-60, Dated:-23.04.2024 & No:-CEOR/SmS/2024-25/4549-72,Dated:-05.06.2024,No:-CEOR/SmS/2024-25/29225-45, dated:-11.02.2025.
The village level application on prescribed format are hereby invited for the academic session 2024-25 from female candidate where approved school is located and condition mentioned below.
A. Nature of Deployment:
The deployment of a Helper/AAYA shall be purely terminus and shall start from the date; they are engaged/hired and shall conclude with the end of academic session. It may be extendable, subject to the performance and the approval of funds, from the Ministry of Education, Government of India, in the particular component. Affidavit from 1st class Magistrate shall be taken from the candidate at the time of joining, for not claiming for permanent absorption at any stage.
B. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF HELPER/AAYA:
1. Only female candidate can apply.
2. The candidate must be the domicile of village.
3. Candidate must belong to BPL category.
4.Candidate must be mentally and physically fit to carry-out her job.
C. Qualification/ Preference:
• Minimum Qualification of a Helper/AAYA: 8th class passed, In case there is no eligible candidate available in Village/ward, the candidate with lesser qualification shall be considered.
• Preference shall be given to candidates from BPL category in the below-mentioned order of Priority:
i) Widow.
ii) Divorced
iii) Orphan
iv) Any candidate among the poorest of the poor in the Village/ward.
D. Age:
• The age of a candidate must be between 18-45 years as on 01.01.2024.
E. Honorarium: Rs. 5000(Five Thousand only) per Month, which may vary as per the approval in the subsequent year in PAB Samagra Shiksha.
F.FINALIZATION OF SELECTION PROCESS:
•In case of tie-up of the selection of candidates for Helper, the preference shall be given to the elder candidate(i.e candidate with more age shall be considered)
• The application duly complete in all respect along with supporting documents of candidate must reach in the office of undersigned through concerned HOI with the recommendation of Sarpanch/Municipal Councillor within 07 days from the date of publication of this advertisement if holiday falls on the last date the next day will be last date of submission of application form Documents required:
1. Qualification Certificates (marks card)
2. Date of Birth Certificate.
3. Domicile.
4. Ration card.
5. Category Certificate (if any)
6. Aadhaar Card
7. Medical Certificate
8. In case of Widow (husband Death Certificate )
9. In case of Divorce (Court Document Required)
