Engagement/Hiring helper/AAYAS under ECCE for the Year 2024-25

In pursuance of Govt order No: – PAB-minutes 2022-23 issued vide F No: -07-1/2022-15,4 Dated: – 14-06-2022 (GOI) & Project Directorate of Samagra Shiksha’s order No: -07 of Chirag 2023 Dated: -09-01-2023 & No: EDU/PD/ECCE/Helpers/1861-1905/2023-24 Dated: 06.06.2024 and Chief Education officer Rajouri order No: – CEOR/SMS/2024-25/4549-25 Dated: 19-02-2025 and endorsement No: CEOR/SmS/2024-25/29838-41 Dated: 11.02.2025.

The village level application on prescribed format is hereby invited for the academic session 2024-25 from the female candidates at village level as per terms and conditions mentioned below: –

14. Only Female candidates can apply.

15. The candidate must be the domicile of the village.

16. The candidate must belong to the BPL Category.

17. Candidate must be mentally & physically fit.

18. The candidate must be 8th pass.

19. Preference shall be given to the candidate for BPL in the below mentioned order of priority: – (a) Widow (b) Divorced (c) Orphan (d) Any candidate oldest among the poor in the village.

20. The age of the candidate must be between 18 to 45 years as on 1st of January of the deployment year (01.01.2025).

21. The candidate shall be given an honorarium of Rs 5000/-Per month which may vary as per approval in the subsequent year in PAB of SAMAGRA SHIKSHA.

22. In case of misconduct/misbehaviour authority has the right to terminate/replace new AAYA within seven days.

23. The Job chart of the AAYA/ Helper shall be given separately.

24. In case of tie-up case the preference shall be given to senior/elder in age.

25. The advertised post is purely temporary basis and candidate if selected shall not claim for permanent absorption and the candidate shall submit an undertaking in the shape of affidavit duly attested by the judicial magistrate in this regard.

26. The application duly completed in all respect along with supporting documents of candidates must reach in the office of the undersigned within seven days from the date of publication of this advertisement, if holiday falls on last date the next date will be the date for the submission of application form.

19. Date of Birth Certificate

20. Current Income Certificate.

21. Social Category Certificate.

22. In case of widow / Divorce / Orphan enclosed supporting Certificate duly attested by Tehsildar concerned.

23. Un-marriage certificate in case of Orphan.
