Advertisement notice for engagement of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper) in Anganwadi Centres of Poshan Project Ramsoo (Ukhral) on honorarium basis.
Reference :- Govt Order Order No: -103-JK (SWD)of 2023 Dated: 28-04-2023 11-SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2022-1 23/7653-59 Dated: – 06-03-2024.
Applications are invited on prescribed format (Annexure-A) from eligible female candidates for engagement of Sahayikas (AWH) for working at following Anganwadi Centres: –
Eligibility Criteria for Selection of Sahayikas (AWH)
Women Candidate in the age group of 18-37 years as on 01-01.2024
a) The candidate should be a domicile of the UT of J&K
b) The candidate should be resident of the Electoral ward where AWC is situated. Name in the voter list for the ward shall be considered as the proof of residence of the candidate. In case the name of the candidate appears in voter list along with her parents, then she must provide certificate of being unmarried parents Issued by the concerned Tehsildar. Wherever. there Is any dispute as to residence for any rea-son, then residence proof certifying the ward of residence from the concerned SDWACR shall be considered.
c) Minimum qualification shall be Matriculation.
d) In case of no matriculate candidate is available in the ward, candidate with qualification not less than 8,h standard shall be considered.
e) The application as per Performa given In Annexure ‘A” complete in all respects along with self attested copies of all the following documents should be submitted to the office of the U/sd. by personal delivery against proper receipt within 15 days from the Publications of this notice freightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10th and selection shall be done purely on merit basis and no other criteria to be considered.
Documents to be attached for Sahayikas (AWH)
1. Domicile certificate
2. Date of Birth Certificate
3. Qualification certificates
4. Electoral Panch/Municipal ward certificate along with No and date duly issued by concerned Block Development Officer/E0 (MC)
5. Un married certificate issued by Tehisldar concerned (wherever applicable)
6. E-Ration ticket mentioning category and family details duly attested by ISO concerned. All attached documents shall be self-attested by the candidate The prescribed application forms along with requisite documents shall be submitted in the office of Child Development Project Officer, Poshan Ramsoo (Ukhral) during office hours upto the cut date till 4.00 PM against proper receipt.
