3. Social welfare Department, J&K Letter No. SWD-ICDS/43/2022 dated: 14-08-2023. Approval has been accorded, vide Mission Directorate letter No: MD/Poshan/38372-75 Dated 3-12-2024, SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2022-23/7660-67 dated: 06-03-2024 an MD/Poshan/Estt/13404-09 dated 11-05-2023 for filling up of various vacancies of sanginis(Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres o POSHAN Project Kathua, as per the details given below:
Applications forms are invited in the Prescribed Performa in Annexure “A” from the eligible female candidates for engagement as Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) on Honorarium basis for aforementioned posts of Anganwadi Centres.
The important dates/details with regard to the posts are as under:
a) Important dates/details with regard to the posts are as under: a) Date of commencement for submission of application 30-12-2024.
b) Last date for submission of applications is 13-01-2025 (during office hours).
c) Annexure A- Format of Application.
d) Annexure B- Name of the Post, Location/Ward, Qualification and Eligibility Criteria for selection
e) Annexure C- Affidavit. f) No application forms shall be accepted after the last date i.e., 13-01-2025.
Documents to be Attached for the Post of Sangini/Sahayika: – (Self Attested)
a. Copy of Domicile certificate.
b. Academic qualification certificates from recognized university/Board.
c. Copy of Aadhar Card.
d. Copy of Voter Card.
e. Copy of Ration Card.
f. Copy of Date of birth Certificate 110th class Diploma/10th class Marks sheet
g. Ward certificate and Certified copy of the latest Panchayat voter list as proof of residence. (Panchayat electoral roll to be certified by the BOO concerned and Municipality electoral roll to be certified by CEO/E.0 Municipality concerned)
h. Unmarried Certificate by the concerned Tehsildar (In case of unmarried candidate).
i. Affidavit (Annexure ‘C’) in the prescribed format duly attested by Judicial Magistrate.
j. Appointment Order/Relieving Order of retired AWW/AWH for AWW belonging to the family retired AWW/AWH.
