Applications on prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Krishi Udyamis (KUs) on contractual basis for a period of two years (extendable) subject to terms and conditions laid down in the advertisement notice. On the recommendation of Mission Director, HADP, J&K, and in view of the refusal of some earlier engaged KUs, 12 pre-identified Panchayat clusters (Kisan Khidmat Ghars – KKGs) are to be re-advertised under Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) in respect of District Jammu.
As per the final merit list published earlier, out of 100 identified Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKG), 12 units under Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) in the District of Jammu could not be engaged due to various reasons including refusal of engagement by selected KUs, resulting in vacancy of 12 Nos. of KUs.
Therefore, the Panchayat clusters catered with the location of vacant KKG centers are hereby re-advertised for filling up the vacancy purely for effective and smooth functioning of such KKGs as per Annexure “I”.
A. KEY DETAILS
Position: Krishi Udyami (KU) / Agricultural Entrepreneur
Number of positions: 12 across pre-identified Panchayat Level Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKG) of District Jammu (List enclosed at Annexure-I).
Engagement Duration: Initially for a period of 2 years (extendable).
Qualification:
Diploma in Agriculture & Allied Fields or Graduation in Science (BSc), Graduation in Agriculture & Allied Fields (BSc/BSc Agri).
Additional preference will be given to candidates possessing post-graduation in Science (Agri & Allied) and computer/IT certification.
Agriculture/Horticulture/Fisheries/Sericulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science related diploma/degree courses are eligible.
Job Profile:
To ensure selection of Entrepreneur for managing and running pre-identified Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKGs) under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP), Jammu as per details enclosed.
Remunerations:
Engagement is based on a self-salary/entrepreneurial basis.
