Advertisement Notice for Engagement of Krishi Udyami (KU)/Agricultural Entrepreneur in District Rajouri under Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP)

Applications on prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Krishi Udyamis (KU) on contractual basis for a period of two years (extendable) subject to the terms and conditions laid down in contract of agreement.

B. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS :
Application forms including application format can be obtained from office of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri or downloaded from official website.
Candidates must have the required qualifications for the post applied.
Age should be between 21 and 45 years as of the last date of submission.
Self-attested photocopies of the following documents must be attached:
Date of Birth certificate
Marks certificates of qualifying examinations
Domicile certificate
Character certificate

Submission :
Application should be submitted to Deputy Commissioner Rajouri through registered post or in person.
Chief Agriculture Officer Rajouri shall select a pooled counter in the DC office.
No application received after the deadline shall be entertained.
Applications will be summarily rejected without required documentation.
The terms of engagement will be governed by guidelines issued by the Government of J&K.
C. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KRISHI UDYAMIS (KU):
One KU per KKG.
Selected KU will function under supervision of designated APO of Agriculture Production Department.
Roles include: functioning of KKG, technical hand-holding to farmers, organizing training programs, feedback collection, etc.
KU shall be required to maintain a register of farmers trained, services rendered, grievances resolved.
KU shall act as a service provider for agriculture-related services including FPOs, etc.
KU shall work in close coordination with the designated APO and DNO HADP.
No transfer request will be entertained.
Selection will be based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.
KU shall be responsible for maintenance of accounts and assets of KKG.

E. VERIFICATION & AGREEMENT
Diploma courses: Recognized from reputed institutes.
Candidates will be required to undergo document verification.
Selected candidates shall sign an agreement with Agriculture Department.
Format of agreement and affidavit available in office of Chief Agriculture Officer.
