1. Principal
- M.Sc. in Nursing with minimum 15 years of total experience
- At least 10 years of teaching experience after M.Sc. in a college
2. Assistant Professor
- M.Sc. in Nursing (Medical-Surgical / Pediatric)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
3. Tutor
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of experience
