- Relaxation as per GOI guidelines for reserved categories
Salary / Stipend :
- VP Wealth (SRM): CTC Upper Range ₹44.70 Lakhs (Fixed ₹30 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- AVP Wealth (RM): CTC Upper Range ₹30.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹20 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- Customer Relationship Executive: CTC Upper Range ₹6.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹4 Lakhs + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakhs + PLP 35% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years)
