Experience : Minimum Ten years Teaching experience at College/University level , Administrative As Principal for a minimum period of Five Experience years in some Degree / Bid College Recently retired applicants shall get preference.

Applicants who have cleared NET Examination and those who have more publications (Papers/Books) to their credit will also get preference.

All applicants have to present themselves for selection interview before a committee of officers nominated by the University of Kashmir.
