Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates interested in applying can check the eligibility criteria, age limit, and other essential details below.
For Junior Research Fellow (JRF), candidates must have a Master’s Degree in English with at least 55% marks and should be NET or SLET qualified. Desirable qualifications include experience in phonetic transcription, dialect documentation, comfort with working in remote areas, and familiarity with tools like ELAN or PRAAT.
For Project Associate, candidates must have B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Computer Science or any AI-related field. Desirable skills include knowledge of NLP, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience working with speech or text datasets and converting linguistic data into AI-trainable formats.
The upper age limit for JRF is 28 years as on the last date of application, with relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, and PH categories as per rules. For Project Associate, the maximum age limit is 35 years.
