The Department of Biotechnology, University of Kashmir invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for a position of project associate-I (01) for Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) funded project under PM-ECRG Scheme. The title of the project is
“Targeting unfolded protein response transducers in hepatic fibrogenesis”.
The criteria for recruitment are
Position : Project Associate-I
Essential qualification :
Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / BVSc /В. Pharm or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine or from a recognized University or equivalent
Desirable :
Postgraduate Degree in Biochemistry or Biotechnology or Clinical Biochemistry or Microbiology with expertise in Tissue culture and genome editing
Monthly emoluments : (₹) 37,000/- + 20%HRA

The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
The candidates should bring original certificates and other documents indicating qualification, age, percentage of marks and certificate of qualified NET and/or similar accredited tests and proof research experience (copy of project) in the relevant field (if any) on the day of the interview.
No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
