Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Srinagar on September 19 to address a BJP rally at Sher-e-Kashmir Park, Srinagar, ahead of the assembly elections.
A statement of the BJP issued here by the party’s Co-Convenor J&K Media Department and BJP Media Incharge Kashmir, Sajid Yousuf Shah said.
The statement said that around 20,000 to 30,000 BJP workers are expected to attend the rally.
“Senior BJP leader Muhammad Anwar Khan has been designated as the incharge for the Prime Minister’s rally,” the statement said.
