Weather Update for J&K and Ladakh (26 Aug 20) 11am

Light to Moderate rain occurred at many places of J&K with Heavy to very hvy shower at isolated places of Jmu region whereas Weather is generally cloudy in Ladakh with light rain in some area.

Currently its raining at many places of central n south, southwest of Jmu region. The present system most likely to continue for nxt 24hrs.

Light to Moderate rain with isolated heavy rain is most likely at widespread places of J&K and light to moderate rain most likely at scattered places of Ladakh region especially in Zanskar, Drass, Minamarg -Zojila area. Significant improvement is expected from 28th onwards.
