Admission Notice to left over seats of Paramedical Courses at Govt. ANM School Kishtwar

In compliance to the above-mentioned notifications issued by the J&K Paramedical Council. GMC Jammu, offline applications are invited from the concerned candidate to fill up the left-over seats of Paramedical courses (ISM, FMPHW, Lab. Assistant, Medical/Pharma Assistant) at Govt. ANM School Kishtwar for the session 2024-25.
The institute shall follow the eligibility criteria as notified by the J&K BOPEE on its website for the session 2024-25 for the admission to the aforementioned courses.
How to apply :-
1. A copy these documents is to be submit with an application in the Govt. ANM School Kishtwar in Physical Form (Offline) by or before 27-11-2024 for applying course.
i) 10th marksheet and diploma,
ii) 1271 marksheet and diploma,
iii) Category Certificate (if any),
iv) Date of Birth Certificate,
v) Domicile Certificate (UT of Jammu and Kashmir only).
Terms and Conditions :
1. The Provisional Merit List of FMPHW Course will be prepared Category wise based on aggregate marks obtained in 10th marksheet.
2. The Provisional Merit List of ISM, Lab. Assistant and Medical / Pharma Assistant Course will be prepared Category wise based on aggregate marks obtained in 12th marksheet.
3. The last date of submission of offline application is 27-11-2024.
4. If upon verification, any candidate found ineligible, his/her admission shall be cancelled ab-initio.
5. Shortlisted Candidates are called for admission telephonically.
