Advertisement Notice In Pursuant to notification issued by State Allied Healthcare Council, J&K vide No:• SAHC-/GEN/79-84 dated:• 26.12-2024, applications on plain paper are invited from the eligible candidates for admission against the leftover seats in 2 years Paramedical & other Diploma Courses: ( Medical Assistant/ Lab Assistant/ Dental Assistant/ Ophthalmic Assistant/ X- Ray Assistant/ Sanitary Inspector/ Ayush Pharmacist at Govt. AMT School Bakshi Nagar, Jammu for the session 2024-2025, offline applications completed in all respects may be submitted in the office of the undersigned by or before 06-01-2025.

Eligibility Criteria Admission to the above-mentioned course is strictly as per the eligibility criteria laid down by, J&K Government Health & Medical Education Department and as notified by J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination UK BOPEE) on its website for the session 2024-25 through various notifications for the admission to the aforementioned Courses.

A Candidate must pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognized board with Science Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and English securing minimum 40% marks in aggregate.

Documents Required

Self-attested copies of the following certificates are required to be enclosed with the application form.

1. Date of Birth Certificate.

2. 12th Marks Card.

3. Domicile certificate.

4. Valid category Certificate issued by competent Authority.

5. One passport size Photograph affixed on the application.
