Amar Singh College Admission Notification 2023
In response to Higher Education Department Notification admission to various Programs in constituent colleges of Cluster University Srinagar is being granted through Jammu and Kashmir Seat Allocation System. Accordingly for round one 1262 students have been provided opportunity to get admission to various Programs at Amar Singh College. As per the schedule issued students are to accept the allocated seat by 18- 08-2023 700 PM and subsequently present themselves for Document verification and selection of subjects other than Major at Amar Singh College from 19th August to 22nd August.
Accordingly college is reaching out to the selected students and advising them to appear before college admission committee for completion of admission formalities. To ensure proper counselling and document verification a detailed time schedule is being provided hereunder In student interest All the selected students (CUET Category only) a re advised to come to college strictly as per schedule as no applicant will be entertained beyond allotted time window. The schedule is strictly as per Major offered to student.
Illustration : A student selected with Major in Computer applications has to visit college on 19th August 2023 from 10.00 AM to 1:00 PM only with all requisite documents.
The students are informed to bring the following documents for verification to the counselling venue.
1. Printout of CUET Application Form reflecting Amar Singh College as college allotted to the student. The form can be downloaded from Admission Information tab by the student after logging in to his/her user on www. jkacimission.samarth.ac.in
2. Original Marks Sheet of 12th Class with two photocopies.
3. DOB Certificate/10th Class Marks Sheet in original with two photocopies.
4. Original Provisional /Character / Discharge/Transfer/ Migration Certificate issued by the Institute last attended with two photocopies of each.
5. Category Certificate, if any, in original with two photocopies.
6. Domicile Certificate in original with two photocopies.
7. Two Passport Size photographs. College will upload list of students counselled and confirmed for payment of admission fee on college website by 6:00 PM on daily basis.
The confirmed students will have to submit the college fee in online mode by or before 24th August 2023 3:00 PM failing which they will not have any claim of selection. After counselling on a day students are advised to visit college website www.amarsinghcollege.acin in the evening to check their subject details. The admission confirmation is subject to the payment of fee which is to be paid in online mode after logging in on wwwjkadmission.samarth.ac.in Details regarding admission to non CUET applicants will be notified separately.
