Whereas, Administrative Department vide his letter No. CAPD/Estt/59/2011 dated 10.07.2017 forwarded the list of candidates selected by SSB for the post of ASK-Cum-Clerks under Divisional Cadre;

Whereas, formal appointment order was issued in favour of selected candidates vide Order No. 282-DFCS&CAK of 2017 dated 15.07.2017 and they were advised to report/ join in Direction office within a period of twenty one (21) days from the date of issuance of the order; Whereas, forty one (41) candidates detailed in the Annexure to this order did not report/ join within the stipulated time;

Whereas, vide notice No. DFCS&CAK/Adm/B-x-25/2017 dated 14.08.2017, the appointees were again advised to report/ join in Direction office within 15 days;

Whereas, one more notice No. DFCS&CAK/Adm/B-x-25/2017 dated 14.09.2017 was served to the appointees and were advised to report/ join in Direction office within 10 days, but they failed;

Now, therefore, in view of above, the appointment of forty one (41) appointees detailed in the Annexure to this order is hereby cancelled ab-initio.
