Whereas, this office has received a select list of candidates for the post of Junior
Assistants in School Education Department District Cadre Samba under SRO 202 vide
Item No/Advt. No. 02/2017/53 dated 18-10-2017 vide Secretary Services Selection Board
J&KL. Jammu’s No. SSB/Secy/Sel/2018/1025-31 dated 16-11-2018 & Administrative
Department letter No. Edu-II/711/2018 dated 29-01-2019 received this office by Director
School Education, Jammu vide Endt. No. DSEJ/NG/669-76 dated 08-01-19 with the
direction to take further necessary action in which 19 candidates were selected (OM = 12,
RBA=03, SC=02, ST=02).

Whereas 04 candidates listed below have not reported/joined in the office of the undersigned
for verification of qualification certificates/other relevant documents

Whereas, after the lapse of considerable period of 21 days this office has issued
individual notices to the above candidates through leading newspaper under this office
Notice No. CEOS/NT/32897-98 dated 12-01-2019, CEOS/NT/37992-63 dated 11-03-2019,
CEOS/NT/625 dated 08-04-2019 & Final Notice No. CEOS/NT/884-85 respectively.
Now, in view of the above mentioned facts, it is hereby ordered that having failed to
report/join in the office of the undersigned, the appointment of the above listed candidates
as Junior Assistant in District cadre Samba is hereby cancelled ab-initio.
