It is hereby notified for the information of all candidates that interviews for the following posts advertised vide Employment Notification No. 34 dated 24.10.2025 will be held as per the interview schedule given below:

Post : Assistant Librarian

Date of Interview : 29.12.2025

Reporting Time : 09:30 AM

Important Note:

Provisionally eligible candidates, in line with the terms and conditions of the notifications at reference (v & vi), can download interview call letters from the SAMARTH portal after 17.12.2025. Intimation through email in this regard will also be sent to the candidates.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, the date of interviews may change. Candidates are advised to regularly check their email, the University website, and the SAMARTH portal for further updates, if any.

Candidates who are not able to download interview call letters may request the Establishment (Non-Teaching) Section through email at [email protected] at least two days prior to his/her interview for issuance of a duplicate/photocopy of the call letter.

Candidates are required to bring the interview call letter in original along with a copy of the application forms with self-attested documents (for submission), along with the following original documents for verification:

i. Degree/marksheets clearly indicating percentage of marks.
ii. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS categories are required to submit the relevant category certificate.
