College – GCW Parade Private Examination form for UG

It is hereby notified for the information of Candidates of B.A/B.Sc./B.Com./B.Com.Hons./BCA – CBCS & NEP U.G Semester 2nd, 4th & 6th that the application forms for appearing in U.G Semester 2no, 4’n & 6th examinations as private candidates are open w.e.f 08-02-2025. The candidates desirous of applying can submit application forms online as per the schedule given below:-

Schedule for form Submission and Descrintion of fees:-

Submission of form with Actual Examination fees. 08-02 -2025 to 17 -02 -2025

With Late fee of < 290/- for the first count of 03 days after the expiry of last date of form submission with actual examination fee.:
18 -02 -2025 to 20 -02 -2025

With late fee of < 4701- for another count of 02 days after the expiry of form submission with late fee of { 290/-}: 21-02 -2025 to 22 -02 -202 5
With late fee @ t 980/- Upto 06 days before the commencement of examination after the expiry of last date with late fee of RS. 470/-

Exam Fee Details:

One subject only: 920/-
Two or more subjects:1180/-
Practical subject:120/-
