NOTICE DATED:29-01-2018
Whereas vide notice dated 20.10.2017 read with corrigendum dated 23.10.2017, the candidates as listed in Annexure A and notice dated 24.10.2017 were advised to make up their deficiencies /submit the requisite documents as shown against each and the candidates as listed in the Annexure –B of the above notice(s) were advised to submit the proof of having deposited /submitted hard copy of online application form alongwith requisite documents within a period of seven day; and
Whereas vide notice dated 09.11.2017 the last date for submission of the deficient documents was further extended upto 30.11.2017; and Whereas during the scrutiny of hard copies of application forms and other documents received in response to aforesaid notices, it has been observed that some of the candidates figuring in Annexure (A&B) of the above notices have failed to submit their requisite documents or proof of having deposited /submitted hard copy of online application form along with requisite documents/original challan upto 30.11.2017; and
Now therefore the candidates mentioned in Annexures to this notice are given one more opportunity to submit the deficient documents as indicated against each within a period of five days from the date of issuance of this notice in the Office of J&K Public Service Commission , Resham Ghar Colony Bakshi Nagar Jammu / Camp Office Solina Srinagar, after which no request /claim whatsoever will be entertained on this account.
The Candidates mentioned in Annexure-B are advised to submit the proof of having deposited/submitted hard copy of online application form alongwith requisite fee /documents..
They are advised to bring a copy of their self-attested documents while submitting the proof as mentioned above.
The e-Admit Cards of the candidates listed in Annexure- A&B to this notice shall not be released till the candidates submit the proof of submission of online application form along with requisite documents within stipulated time.
