Constitution of committee(s) for smooth conduct of Khelo India Winter Games, 2025

Constitution of committee(s) for smooth conduct of Khelo India Winter Games, 2025, in the Union territory of Jammu & Kashmir

Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of Organizing cum Coordination Committee and Executive Committee, comprising the following, for smooth conduct of Khelo India Winter Games, 2025, in the Union territory of Jammu & Kashmir:

Terms of Reference :

i. To ensure smooth conduct of KIWG-2025 and supervise and monitor different activities of these Games.

ii. To bring about the overall coordination among various implementing agencies and discharge responsibility under the overall guidance of the Organizing cum Coordination Committee.

iii. To supervise and provide oversight vis-à-vis infrastructure development of KIWG-2025 venues.

iv. To monitor the progress of projects related to KIWG-2025 in the field and review the work of implementing agencies.

v. To apprise the Organizing cum Coordination Committee of all decisions of the Executive Committee from time to time, and raise all issues and concerns that may need the attention of the Organizing cum Coordination Committee.

vi. To issue guidance and directions to the Games Secretariat for smooth management of the programme
