DECC Ramban Notice on Objections for Re-Advertised Posts
Notice inviting objection by the candidates applied for various posts re-advertised vide Advertisement No. 05 of 2025, dated 05-12-2025 under endorsement No. DC/Rbn/PS/2025/123-25, dated 05-12-2025.
Whereas, the office of the District Development Commissioner Ramban has re-advertised for various posts under Mission YUVA vide Advertisement No. 05 of 2025, dated 05-12-2025 under endorsement No. DC/Rbn/PS/2025/123-25, dated 05-12-2025, with last date of application as 31-12-2025.

Whereas, in response to the aforesaid advertisement, a total of 172 applications were received and the system has auto-calculated the marks of the candidates. It has been found that out of 172 candidates, 161 candidates were found eligible and 11 candidates were found not eligible.
Whereas, among 161 eligible candidates, a total of 79 candidates were found qualified by auto calculation of the marks (Minimum Points required were 40).
After the preliminary verification of the documents of all the candidates, it has been found that only 26 candidates were found qualified as per the set criteria mentioned in guideline Clause No. 4.3.1.
Now, keeping the above facts in consideration, the list of all candidates who are eligible, not eligible, qualified and not qualified are published in public domain for objections. If any candidate has any objection, he or she is requested to submit the objections in writing in the office of Assistant Director Employment, Ramban along with relevant documentary proof by or before 08-01-2026, 4:00 PM sharp. No objection will be entertained after the cut-off date and time.

Further, it is hereby notified that document verification of the candidates shall be conducted on 09-01-2025 and 10-01-2025 at DE&CC, Chandrog Ramban. All concerned candidates are hereby directed to appear in person for document verification on the aforesaid dates, along with original documents, including educational and professional qualification certificates, experience certificates, salary slips, relieving letters, and any other relevant supporting documents, along with self-attested copies thereof.
