Subject : Common Seniority list of Junior Pharmacists of Jammu Division, Directorate of Ayush, as on Date
Whereas, the Pharmacist cadre Directorate of Ayush was re-organized/re-structured vide Govt. Order No. 230-HME of 2013 dated 02-04-2013 and four tier hierarchy viz. Head/Supervisory/Senior/Junior Pharmacist was notified in the said Government order.
Whereas, vide Government Order No. 65-HME of 2021 dated 27-01-2021, executive order was issued wherein qualifications/ mode of recruitment has been laid down for recruitment of Ayush subordinate services.
Whereas, pursuant to aforementioned Government order, the promotion of In-charge Junior Pharmacists have been regularized by the Departmental Promotion Committee.
Whereas, the final seniority list as per annexure “A” of Junior Pharmacists working in Jammu Division was issued vide Notification No. Dir/Ayush /Seniority/N-G/ 8384-92, dated. 27-06-2022.
Whereas, as per J&K Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010 (Act No. XVI of 2010) read with the J&K Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Rules 2010 notified vide SRO-375 Dated. 21-10-2010, the post of Junior Pharmacist is borne on
the establishment of District cadre.
Whereas, as per J&K Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010 (Act No. XVI of 2010) read with the J&K Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Rules 2010 notified vide SRO-375 Dated. 21-10-2010, the post of Senior Pharmacist is borne on
the establishment of Divisional cadre.
Whereas, this office has prepared common seniority list of Junior Pharmacists of Jammu Division as per records available.
Now, therefore, Common seniority list of Junior Pharmacists, of Jammu Division of Directorate of Ayush, as on date is hereby issued as per Annexure- “A”.
The date(s) of birth of the officials recorded in the seniority list shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to further verification from the service books/matriculation certificates issued in respect of these officials by the concerned authorities.
The seniority list shall be without prejudice to the final outcome of writ petition if any, pending in any Court of Law.
