Directorate of Employment, J&K Interview Notice & Waiting List Released
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, applications were invited for key contractual roles for Business Helpline under Mission YUVA vide this office Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025; and
Whereas, in response to the said notification, 591 candidates applied for the posts through online mode; and
Whereas, after scrutiny of documents, a provisional merit list along with the list of rejected applications was notified and objections were invited from the candidates vide this office notification no ED/Plan/MISSIONYUVA/3941-44 dated 12.12.2025; and
Whereas, the objections/representations received from the candidates within the stipulated time were examined and disposed of by the Selection Oversight Committee after due scrutiny of records and supporting documents;
Now therefore, after taking into account all valid objections, the final list of 31 candidates shortlisted for interview for the contractual positions of Business Helpline under Mission YUVA is hereby notified and placed at Annexure A to this notification.
In addition, a Contingent Merit List (Waiting List) comprising 12 candidates, arranged strictly in order of merit, is notified and placed at Annexure B. The candidates included in Annexure B are hereby informed that they shall remain present at the interview venue on the scheduled date, and shall be permitted to appear for interview only if so directed by the Selection Oversight Committee, in the event of non-reporting of any shortlisted candidate at Annexure A or rejection of candidature of any such candidate due to non-fulfilment of eligibility conditions or deficiency in documents, and only to the extent required.
It is hereby explicitly clarified that mere presence at the interview venue or inclusion in the Contingent Merit List shall not confer any right to be interviewed or appointed, and no claim whatsoever shall lie against the Department in this regard.
The shortlisted candidates are hereby informed that the interview shall be held on 5th January, 2026 at the Directorate of Employment J&K Top Sherkhaniya , Jammu at 11 am for Jammu based applicants and Directorate of Employment Bemina for Kashmir based applicants.
The candidates shall necessarily attend the interview with all original documents, including but not limited to:
* Educational qualification certificates,
* Experience certificates,
* Proof of date of birth and identity.
It is further notified that experience certificates must be verifiable, and candidates shall be required to produce supporting proof such as pay slips and bank account statements evidencing salary/payment for the claimed period of experience. Failure to produce original and verifiable documents shall render the candidature liable to rejection.
Shortlisting or participation in interview shall not confer any right to appointment, and final selection shall remain subject to satisfactory verification of documents and approval of the competent authority.
This notification shall be circulated in the public domain and communicated to the shortlisted candidates through email and SMS.
