Test : Ability Test and Viva-voce

The eligible candidates as details in Annexure (A) of this notice who have applied online for consideration on need basis as non-linear video editor in response to this office notice No: INF/Films/AKPZ-119/2016/4905 dated:03.01.2018 are hereby informed to appear for ability test and viva-voce, at Media Complex Srinagar at 10:30 a.m. on 15 April 2018 (Sunday).

The candidates who have applied for considering on need based pattern of engagement should however, note that such engagement is purely Need Based in nature and the engagement if any, can be cancelled/discontinued anytime the department feels necessary.

The candidates shall have to produce following original certificates/testimonials on the date of viva-voce:

Date of birth certificate.

Qualification/Technical/Experience certificates.

Permanent resident certificate.

Mere figuring in the shortlist does not entitle the candidate eligible, as it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all the testimonials of shortlisted candidates.

No separate viva-voce call letter shall be issued to any candidate whose name figure in the said list

and this notice shall be deemed to be viva-voce call letter for appearing before the committee on
the scheduled date, time and venue. A candidate who fails to appear in the ability test and viva-
voce on the given date shall not be considered for viva-voce later, and shall forfeit his candidature.

In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc. proved at the time of viva-voce and
eligibility test, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the ability test/viva-voce. Similarly, deficiency
