GMC DODA Screening test Notification for Various Posts

Vide Advertisement Notice No: 02-GMCD of 2021 dated 10-04-2021, this office
has invited the Applications for various posts and in response to that advertisement
notice, this office has received application forms more than twenty times the number of posts advertised, and as per the recommendation of the committee constituted by this office vide No: 84 GMCD of 2021 dated: 19-05-2021 screening test shall be conducted on the dates mentioned against each. After the commencement of written test, top five candidates for each post shall be invited for interview process to complete the selection process.

The dates and venue for holding the interview shall be notified separately.

Nurse :

Walk in : 15th of June 2021 Make Shift Campus GMC Doda

Time : 10 am – 11 am

Counselor :

walk in : 15th of June 2021 Make Shift Campus GMC Doda

Time : 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

Data Manager :

Walk in : 15th of June 2021 Make Shift Campus GMC Doda

Time : 2 pm to 3 pm.

Important Points :

It is for the information of all eligible candidates as per the Annexure-I, II, and III to
collect their respective Roll No. slips from 12th of June, 2021 onwards at Makeshift
Campus, Govt. Medical College Doda, during office working hours.

Further, it is notified that, all the candidates needs to bring with them one passport
size photograph on the day of collection of their Roll No. slip.

All the candidates are informed to carry with them black or blue pen and their
Identity proof on the day of Examination.

Mobile Phones or any type of electronic gadgets are NOT ALLOWED in the examination hall.

Candidates are advised to undergo COVID test (RTPCR/ RAT) before appearing
in the written test. .

The candidates shall allowed to appear in the examination only after proper thermal screening and in case if any candidate is found to having influenza like symptoms (fever, cough, running nose etc) he/ she shall not be allowed in the examination.

All candidates are requested to keep wearing face mask while participating in the
examination.
