GMC kathua Important Notification for Data Entry Operators Posts

Whereas vide advertisement No. GMCK/Estt/2021-22/390-97 dated 12/05/2021 the advertisement notice for post of Data Entry Operators was advertised in GMC Kathua.

Whereas applications were invited from interested candidates of district Kathua on gmail [email protected] and the last date was fixed as 21st of May, 2021.

Whereas a compilation and scrutiny committee was constituted vide order No. GMCK/Admn/2021-22/1156-64 dated 24/05/2021 for compilation, scrutiny & finalization of merit of all the applicants for the above aforementioned
posts.

Consequent upon above order, the above mentioned committee has finalized the names of all the candidates/applicants whose applications have reached on email address [email protected] till 21st of May, 2021.

The list of candidates is attached as Annexure ‘A’. However, it must clarified that the name of candidate is only as per the application form received. Whether the
eligibility criteria is fulfilled or not, shall be decided by committee later on and if the candidate does not possess requisite qualification his/her form shall be rejected outrightly.

Further, some of the candidates have either uploaded blurred or incomplete forms and committee finds it appropriate to give final notice to those candidates. Further, it has been observed that the multiplying factor for conversion of CGPA to equivalent percentage is not mentioned in the documents submitted by some candidates. As such, these candidates must submit the requisite documents manifesting the multiplication factor failing which the final merit cannot be compiled and their candidature shall be liable to cancellation.

The deficiency is written as remarks in front of names of those candidates who have uploaded the incomplete /blurred forms as well as other deficient documents. These candidates shall submit the copies of their complete documents once again by or before Thursday i.e 17.06.2021.

Further, it is clarified that the domicile of the candidate shall be taken as criteria for knowing his/her district.

The official responsible for collecting the documents is Mr. Vishal Kumar Pangotra, Storekeeper-cum-ClerkComputer Operator, who shall collect the documents by hand till Thursday i.e 17.06.2021 during office hours (10:00 AM to 04:30 PM) (Contact no. 9419582301).

No document from post or mail shall be entertained this time. No new form shall be entertained. In case, the candidate has any claim that he has submitted the form on the mail [email protected] by or before the cut off date, he shall visit the office of the undersigned with the screenshot of mail and hand it over to
Mr. Vishal Kumar Pangotra.
