GMC Kathua Written Test Notification for Various Posts
Whereas. the advertisement for the posts of “Staff Nurse” and “Counsellor” was published vide Advertisement Notice No: 188 of 6MCK of 2021 dated 10/12/2021 for OST Centre under National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) of Govt. Medical College, Kothua on Contract basis for a period of one year or till life of project whichever is earlier.
Whereas, there are number of applications received in the office of undersigned.
Whereas. the list of the candidates who were found eligible for the written test is attached as Annexure ‘A’ and T.
The candidates are requested to appear in the written test at GMC Kathua (New Building) at 11:00 am.
The dates for exam shall be :
Staff Nurse : 18-01-2022.
Counsellor : 19-01-2022.
The written exam will consist of Objective type multiple choice questions only. The question paper will be set on the basis of prescribed basic qualification according to eligibility criteria given in advertisement and General knowledge based questions.
The question paper will be of 60 marks and duration of test will be 90 minutes. There will be no negative marking. In case of tie in the written marks, the candidate elder in age shall be given preference.
Objection if any shall be reported to the office of the undersigned by or before 12th of January 2022 after which no objection of any kind shall be entertained.
INSTRUCTIONS :
The examination will start at 11:00 am sharply. It is expected that candidate strictly adhere to this time.
Candidates should report at least 30 minutes before the exam time.
Candidates shall bring their Identity Card (i.e Student ID card/Addhar Card/Pan Card/Driving Licence Noter ID Card or any other ID Card issued by competent authority)
Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the venue.
Mask (WEARING A MASK is COMPULSORY) Gloves
Personal transparent water bottle (Candidates should bring their own water bottle)
Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
A simple pen
No other Items are permitted inside the venue.
Candidate should not share any of their personal belonging/material with anyone.
Candidate should maintain safe social distance with one another.
Candidate should stand in the row as per the instructions provided at venue.
You are advised NOT to bring mobile phones or any other personal belongings to the venue of examination as arrangement for safekeeping cannot be assured.
Candidates have to bring in a signed declaration showing the risk factor (declaration is provided along with this Notice) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.
In case any of the responses in declaration suggest COVID 19 infection/symptoms, the candidate will not be permitted inside the exam venue.
Your admission to the examination is strictly provisional. Before coming for the examination. please ensure that you are eligible according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the Advertisement. If you are not eligible. your candidature will be cancelled at any stage.
On completion of examination, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner one candidate at a time Please wait for instructions from invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised.
