GMC Srinagar: Notice to Paramedical Institutions for Submission of Registration Returns of Selected Students through JKBOPEE
It is impressed upon all Heads of Paramedical Institutions (Government/Private) to submit Registration Forms (Registration Returns) of the students of various Paramedical Courses selected through J&K BOPEE and under left over category including – Laboratory Assistant, Anesthesiology, ECG, Ophthalmology, X-Ray Assistant and other Diploma Courses which come under the purview of State Allied and Healthcare Council (SAHC-JK) as per NCAHP Act 2021 for the year 2024-25 up to 20th of June 2025. Same needs to be submitted strictly in accordance with the criteria in respect of age, qualification and intake capacity allotted by Administrative Department of Health Medical Education of Jammu and Kashmir from time to time.
The Registration Returns for the session shall be as per the below-mentioned format only in Excel Sheet.
1) S. No.
2) Name of Candidate.
3) Parentage.
4) Complete Postal Address.
5) Educational Qualification
6) Date of Birth
7) Date of Selection.
8) Rank obtained
9) Date of Joining.
The notification regarding the registration fee to be deposited as under relevant rules shall be issued separately.
Note : –
1) The Registration forms shall be submitted in the office of SAHC – JK GMC Srinagar for Kashmir Division and in the office of SAHC – JK GMC Jammu for Jammu Division by or before cutoff date.
2) The Registration forms shall be submitted after proper verification and tallying of All Academic Documents with the Original Documents and Selection List (BOPEE) and Left Over Seats of each candidate.
3) If at any stage, it is found that the student /candidate has submitted forged documents, the admission of the candidate shall be cancelled
