GMC Srinagar Written test of the eligible candidates Notice

Written test of the eligible candidates applied for the position of Infection Control Nurse on contract basis under the “National Programme on Antimicrobial Resistance Containment in the Department of Microbiology, Government Medical College, Srinagar.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas; vide notice No: 01 of 2025; dated: 01.07.2025, this office advertised the position of Infection Control Nurse on contract basis under the “National Programme on Antimicrobial Resistance Containment in the Department of Microbiology, Government
Medical College, Srinagar with the following eligibility criteria:

“B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institution with two years’ experience in nursing at a Govt./Private (NABH-accredited)
Hospital”.

Whereas; upto the cutoff date i.e., 10.07.2025, (14) number of applications were received.

Whereas; vide notice No: HOD Micro/25/706-11; dated: 05.08.2025, the candidates were asked to report for document verification on 18th August 2025.

Whereas, in response to above notification, 13 candidates reported for document verification on the scheduled date and one candidate namely Ms. Nusrat Maqsood did not report for the document verification and after scrutinization of the documents conducted by the
Committee constituted for the purpose vide Order No: HOD/Micro/2025/763; dated: 18.08.2025, the committee furnished its report as under:
