JKBOPEE Counselling Notification for Admission to GNM and GNM (Lateral Entry) 2020

Conduct of Mop-up Round of Up-gradation/allotment counselling (physical) for admission to GNM and GNM (Lateral Entry) courses-2020 of eligible candidates.

Consequent upon receipt of shortfall from the various Government/Private, Colleges/ Institutions in respect of Notification No.025- BOPEE of 2021, dated.16-02-2021 and the seats which remained unfilled during second round of physical counselling, it is hereby notified for information of all eligible concerned candidates that Board shall conduct Mop-up Round of Up­gradation /allotment counselling (physical) for admission to GNM and GNM (Lateral Entry) courses-2020 on 20th of , March, 2021.

The interested candidates are advised to report at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar for attendance/registration as per the below give schedule.

Note :

All eligible candidates who are interested to participate in this counselling process to be held on 20-03-2021 are advised to bring along the receipt of admission fee deposited by them at respective Colleges/Institutions allotted to them by the Board during first or second round of counselling.

The candidates who have been upgraded during second round of counselling shall not be eligible to participate in this round of counselling.

The candidate (s) who have been allotted seat (s) during second round of counselling if he/ she wishes to do so, can participate in this up-gradation round of counselling.

The candidates who have been allotted seat (s) during first round of counselling, but failed to Join due to one or other reason, shall be eligible to participate in Mop-up round.

The candidate (s), if any, who have missed first and second rounds of counselling can participate in this round of counselling, however, he/she shall have to deposit the requisite counselling fee through Debit/Credit Card/e-banking through POS machines available at BOPEE office, Jammu/Srinagar.

The candidates in whose case choice was not available (CNA)or seat was not available (SNA) during first or second round of counselling are also eligible to participate in this round of counselling.

The seat matrix shall be uploaded on official website of the Board separately in due course of time. However, the seats shown in the seat matrix shall and shall be treated as open merit seats only as the Board vide Notice No. 020-BOPEE of 2021 , dated. 11-02-2021 have already converted unfilled reserved category seats into the open merit due to non-availability of eligible category candidates.

The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified vide e-Information Brochure, Notifications and Notices issued by the Board from time to time.
