Govt. ITI Doda Counselling Notice
COUNSELLING NOTICE FOR FILLING UP OF VACANT SEATS IN DIFFERENT TRADES
In Pursuance to the guidelines issued by the Directorate of Skill Development J&K regarding the filling up of vacant seats in various trades of Govt. ITI Doda, all the interested candidates who have already applied for admission (online mode) are hereby invited through the medium of this notice to submit applications on plain paper for counselling in the office of the Superintendent Govt. ITI Doda up to 18th of August, 2025 after which no application shall be entertained.
The vacant seats shall be filled up from the general merit list already issued as per the instructions given below:
1. First preference will be given to those candidates who were selected in Round 1 and Round 2 but could not joined due to various reasons.
2. After this the candidates who have already applied through online mode shall be considered for admission in vacant seats strictly as per the academic merit cum trade preference.
3. A candidate shall be admitted in other trade also, depending on his/her merit if a clear-cut vacant seat as per the latest intake capacity is available in the desired trade.
4. Applications for Admission in Vacant seats under eligible categories (ST1, ST2, OBC,EWS,Ex-serviceman, PWD) which were earlier invited through Notification No’s ITI/D/2025/718-21 dated 10-07-2025 & ITI/D/2025/742-45 dated 29-07-2025 are also invited for seeking admissions in eligible category quota in the prescribed Admission Form which can be available from the office of Govt. ITI Doda @ Rs. 100/=
5. Fresh Offline applications along with all self-attested documents are also be accepted in Welder (NCVT), Draughtsman Civil Self Finance (SCVT)& Electrician Self Finance (SCVT)trades as the number of online applications received in these trades are in-sufficient/merit list has exhausted/candidates listed in the merit/selections lists has not joined. The cost of offline admission Form is of Rs. 100/=
6. Provisional Selection List of the candidates who have applied for admission in vacant seats shall be issued on 19-08-2025 and the admission of the Provisional selected candidate shall be conducted w-e-f 20-08-2025 to 23-08-2025.
Note: –1) Selection will be made purely on the basis of academic merit obtained by the applicants in their qualifying examination (both Normal & Self Finance Scheme).
2) Last date of the receipt of Counselling/Offline Application Forms shall be 18th of August 2025.
