Whereas, no. of forms have been received in this office vide aforementioned advertisement notice no;

Now, through the medium of this notice, it is hereby informed that applicants which annexed herewith who have applied for the desired post in reference to the above said advertisement notification no.

Have that their application form have been found deficient w.r.t the documents as indicated against each
years of their academic qualification as well as Technical Qualification in the office of the Personnel Officer, Associated Hospitals, Jammu within 07 days positively from the issuance of date of its publication in newspaper
