Final seniority list of PG Masters/Teachers in the discipline of Electronics as on 01.10.2025.
Government Order No.697-JK(Edu) of 2025 Dated. 08-12.2025
WHEREAS, tentative seniority list of PG Masters/Teachers in the discipline of Electronics was issued vide Notice dated 24.01.2024; and
WHEREAS, after issuance of the tentative seniority, the Department received objections / representations from cadre members/Directorates for correction/inclusion/updation of service particulars in the seniority list; and
WHEREAS, the objections received by the Department have been examined/scrutinized thoroughly in the Department and necessary corrections/ additions/deletions etc. have been made in the seniority list; and
WHEREAS, on the basis of objections/ recommendation from the concerned directorates 09 incumbents have been included in the final seniority list at appropriate places as detailed in Annexure-B and 01 incumbent has been deleted from the final seniority list as detailed in Annexure-C for the reasons as shown against each. The recommendations of Committee constituted vide Government Order No. 188 JK(Edu) of 2024 Dated 15.03.2024 in respect of two incumbents figuring in seniority at S.No. 15 & 18 have been accepted by the Department; and
WHEREAS, the incumbents who have obtained their PG degrees during service through distance I regular mode without obtaining permission from the competent authority have also been included in the seniority list, subject to the condition that proper permission has been / is granted by the Competent Authority for acquiring the PG degree during service; and
WHEREAS, the designated Committees have recommended 02 incumbents in light of Government Order No. 188 JK(Edu) of 2024 Dated 15.03.2024 who had obtained their PG degrees through distance/private mode during service without obtaining proper permission from the Administrative Department and the recommendations made in their favour have been accepted by the Competent Authority.
Now, therefore, in terms of Rule 24 of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, the final seniority list in respect of PG Masters/Teachers in the discipline of Electronics forming Annexure-A to this order, is hereby issued, subject to the condition that the date of birth of the incumbents recorded in the seniority list is subject to further verification from service records/original Matriculation certificates of all the concerned.
The seniority list so issued will be subject to outcome of writ petition(s) pending, if any, before any Competent court of law.
Besides, it is ordered that any member of the service who is either not included or is aggrieved with the position assigned to him/her in this final seniority list can file a review petition within 07 days from the date of issuance of this updated final seniority list along with supporting documents, through concerned Directorates which shall be decided on case-to-case basis. No petition shall be entertained after the expiry of stipulated time period.
