ADMISSION NOTICE

Application are invited on plain paper for 6th class Gujjar Bakerwal Girls Hostel, Jammu for Disst-Jammu, Samba, Udhampur, Kathua, Reasi, For the session 2025-26 the Criteria for Admission in the hostel is as under:-

1. The applicant should belong to Gujjar & Bakerwal community only.

2. The applicant should belong to below poverty line.

3. The applicant should be domicile of JKUT.

4. The monthly income of the parents of applicant should not exceed Rs.10000/= per month from all sources.

5. The parents of the applicant have to produce affidavit sworn before magistrate about the full detail of the income.

6. Any false information at the time of admission will be liable to cancellation without any notice.

7. Children of Govt, employees are not eligible for admission.

8. Only one child of a family is allowed for admission.

The admission is subjected to the availability of seat.

The application forms are available in the office of the hostel.

The application forms should reach in the office of the undersigned before 18-03-2025. the date of admission test is 23-03-2025 in Gujjar Bakerwal Girls Hostel, Jammu at 10.30 am sharp.
