Gujjar & Bakerwal Hostel Udhampur Notification for Admission 2021-22

Whereas hostel accommodation for 6th class is available in Gujjar Bakerwal Hostel Udhampur.

Whereas admission to the hostel has to be made among students.

The candidate must be belonging to Gujjar, Bakerwal (ST) Community.

Who belongs to “Below Poverty Line.”

No member of family should be Govt. employee.

Accordingly in pursuance to Govt. Order No. 57-SW of 2015 dated 24-03-2015 and Secretary Advisory Board for Development of Gujjar and Bakerwal J&K No.- SAB/GB/2018/596-599, dated 26-02-2018 and Director Tribal Affairs J&K no. DTA/Estt./G&B/2020/2488-2521 dated 09-09-2020.

applications are invited from the students belonging to Udhampur district who fill the aforementioned conditions.

The applications shall be accompanied by the following documents:-

Date of Birth Certificate.

Domicile Certificate

Gujjar Bakerwal Community Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

Certificate from the competent authority certifying that he belongs to “Below Poverty Line”/Ration card copy.

Affidavit of father/mother/guardian of the candidate sworn in before the judicial magistrate stating there in that he belongs to the Gujjar Bakerwal Community giving full detail of his income including that of spouse along with particulars of his/her employment.

Parents/Guardian/child ward shall render him liable to action in accordance with if he furnishes false information/documents & if a candidate succeeds in obtaining admission on false information, such admission shall be liable to cancellation without any notice.

The applications accompanied by the aforementioned documents should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 8th of April 2021.

The written test of eligible candidates shall be conducted on 10th of April 2021 at 11:00 AM sharp in G&B Hostel Udhampur.

Candidates appeared/passed in class 5th examination during the year
2020-21 can apply.

The necessary restriction pertaining to the COVID-19 shall be strictly
adhered during the admission procedure.
