Important Notification regarding Posts in HME Deptt

Consequent upon the declaration of result for the post of Medical Officer (Allopathic) in Health & Medical Education Department vide Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/22 Dated 07.05.2024, the candidates with Roll No’s listed in Annexure-B against Notification No. 03-PSC (DR-P) of 2024 dated 05.03.2024 are hereby directed to report before the Verification Committee at the office of J&K Public Service Commission, Jammu or Srinagar, as the candidates may choose, on 21.05.2024 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM, for verification of original certificates/documents in support of their claim pertaining to age, educational qualifications, internship, registration by MCl/State Medical Council, domicile, category and disability,

if any, in terms of Rule 27 & 28 of J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021.

The candidates are further directed to bring along a set of xerox copies of the documents. The onus of non-appearance for verification of documents shall lie upon candidates.

Note: The list of the candidates in Annexure-B (against Notification No. 03-PSC (DR-P) of 2024 dated 05.03.2024) is provisional and solely for the purpose of verification of documents and does not confer any preferential right or claim upon these candidates for selection/recommendation/ appointment,

which shall be made in terms of the rules and shall further be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any pending disposal before Court(s) of Law
