Interview Schedule for Administrative/Teaching positions-regarding
It is notified for the information of all concerned candidates that the interviews, in respect of the following Administrative /Teaching positions, advertised vide notification No. 07 (Secy.) of 2023 dated 12.07.2023 & 08 (Secy.) of 2013 dated 12.07.2023, shall be held on the dates as indicated herein against each in the Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat, SKUAST-Jammu, Chatha.
All the shortlisted candidates figuring in Annexure I to III to this Notice are hereby informed to report at the venue of the interview on the time and date indicated against each in the schedule along with the following documents in original 8s self-attested copies thereof
1. D.O.B Certificate (Municipal Certificate/Diploma/Marks card of 10th Class)
2. 10+2 Marks Card/Diploma
3. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate/Mark Sheet (s)
4. Post Graduate Degree Certificate/Mark Sheet (s)
5. Ph.D. Degree Certificate/NET/SLET/SET Certificate
6. Proof of Research publication, if any.
7. Reservation Category Certificate, if applicable.
8. Eight ( 08 sets) of brief CV of 1-3 pages
9. Experience Certificate (if any).
10.0ther documents as per the prescribed qualification indicated in the advertisement.
Note :
• Mere figuring name in the list doesn’t entitle the candidate to appear in the interview, which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonial before the interview.
• Mere calling the candidates for interview will not confer any right upon the candidate to be considered for selection.
• The candidate (s) who fail to produce any certificate (s)/Testimonial(s) in original at the time of interview shall forfeit their candidature.
