Invitation of application for registration with Handicrafts & Handloom Department, Jammu
All the candidates having degree/diploma/certificate course from recognized institution in the notified crafts of Handicrafts and Handloom of Jammu Division and are desirous of getting registered with the Department of Handicrafts & Handloom, Jammu may submit their details as per the format given as Annexure ‘A’
Details of Craft :-
Handicrafts sector • Hand Embroidery (Stapple / Phoolkari / Crewel / Sozni / Chamba Embroidery / Tilla / Leather).
• Carpet Weaving/ Jammu Carpet
• Basket Making (Raw Material as plants, Twigs, Wheat Straw) / Palm / Plash Leaf Products / Wheat Straw product.
• Calico printing / Laith-cum-Lacquer/ Chikri wood/ Bamboo/ HTC (Multicraft)/ Crochet (Kroshia)/Gojri Topi/ Kora Dabka work/Modern Art/ Basohli Painting/ Terra Cota / Pottery Making / Stone Carving Craw Raisin Art/ / Leather Handmade products (shoes and chappal) / Innovative Craft/ Any other craft. Handloom sector Weaving / Cutting tailoring Applications along with requisite documents can be submitted in the Office of Assistant Director Handicraft / Handloom Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur, Doda, Reasi, Kishtwar, Ramban, Rajouri and Poonch on their emails / directly in the office / by post.
• Last date of filling of application form will be 30th of July 2024.
