IUST Kashmir Preliminary Screening Report for Professors Posts

Whereas, preliminary Screening Report (s) for the post of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture, School of Architecture and Planning advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 01 of 2020 dated: 17-01-2020 was issued vide No. IUST/Reg/Adm/E/20/660 Dated: 09-10-2020.

Whereas, the candidates were asked to submit the required deficient documents and objections, if any in the office of Registrar upto 13-10-2020 along with documentary proof of their claim.

Whereas, the objections/representations/deficient documents received in response were placed before the concerned screening committee.

Now, as recommended by concerned committee and approved by Competent Authority, the final Screening Report for the post of Assistant Professor, Architecture is hereby notified for the information of all concerned. The report is available on the University website www.iust.ac.in. The interview of the eligible candidates shall be held on 21-10-2020 (10.00AM) in the University Campus, Awantipora. The provisional interview call letters to the eligible candidates are being sent on their respective Email Id’s and the candidates who do not receive the same shall treat this notice as provisional call to appear for the interview.

Candidates are advised to report half an hour before the scheduled time at University Campus, Awantipora along with all documents in original. Candidates who reside outside the Union Territory of J&K and opts for virtual mode of interview are advised to communicate their option in advance by or before 19-10-2020 (04:00 PM). Moreover, no candidate was found eligible by the screening committee for the post of Professor and Associate Professor and will be re-advertised.
