IUST Notice Regarding Conduct of Type Test
It is hereby notified for the information of all candidates who have been declared Qualified in the Written Tests held on 01-11-2025 for the post of Junior Assistant notified vide Notice No. IUST/Reg/Adm/E/26/08 Dated: 08-01-2026, that the Type Test of the qualified candidates shall be held in the University Campus, Awantipora as per the following schedule :
Only those candidates who will qualify the type test shall be considered for further processing.

The type test is qualifying in nature and no points shall be awarded for it.
Further, the criteria for qualifying type test is typing speed of 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy on computer.
Candidates are advised to report half an hour before the scheduled time at University Campus, Awantipora along with the Admit Card, which can be downloaded from their respective login id’s w.e.f. 24-01-2026.
No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the test.
