Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service Rules 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Lieutenant Governor
hereby direct that the following amendments shall be made in the Cadre Schedules of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service Rules, 2008; namely:-
