J&K BOPEE Entrance Examination Notification Regarding D-Pharma Courses- 2022

Rank-wise Provisional Merit List of candidates who have applied for Para Medical Diploma including D-Pharma Courses- 2022 and Conduct of Physical Counselling thereof.

In pursuance of Notification No.101-BOPEE of 2022 dated 09-12-2022, the Board issued the common Rank wise Provisional Merit List (PML) of candidates who have applied for 12th based Paramedical Diploma Courses 2022 such as GNM, ANM, MRT and other Para-Medical Diploma Courses-2022 which was annexed as Annexure A to the Notification dated 09-12-2022.

It is hereby notified for information of all concerned eligible candidates of PM Diploma courses including D-Pharma. Course-2022 that the Board shall conduct their physical round of counseling as per the following schedule: –

The eligible candidates who figure in Annexure A to Notification No. 101-BOPEE of 2022 dated 09-12-2022 are advised to report at BOPEE office, Jammu/ Srinagar as per above mentioned schedule of counselling from 08.30 am to 10.00 am for Registration- cum- Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities related to the counseling on their day and date of counseling. All the participating candidates are advised to bring along their original documents such as Domicile Certificate/ Category Certificate, (if any)/Marks Card of 12th Class/D.O.B (10thClass)on the day /date of counselling for presenting the same
before the BOPEE during the counseling, failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in the counseling process.

Important Instructions for candidates to note

1. Calling maximum number of candidate(s) for their participation in the counseling process does not confer any right upon them that all such candidates shall get the seat of their own choice. The allotment of seats depends upon the approved intake of each institution as may be conveyed to the Board by the concerned Institution/Authority.

2. The Board allots the seats to the candidates on the basis of their merit-cum-preference and availability of seats.

3. As soon as the seats are exhausted, the counseling process shall get automatically stopped, therefore, the candidates willing to participate in this round of
counseling are informed that the counseling shall be closed for each course immediately after the seats are fully exhausted and no claim thereafter shall be
entertained on this account under any circumstances.

4. Further, the candidates in their own interest are advised to check the seat matrix on daily basis which shall remain available on the website of BOPEE
(www.jkbopee.gov.in) and take a conscious decision before reporting for the counseling.

5. The candidate(s) who has got a seat in either GNM/ ANM/ or MRT course by their own choice during the counseling process as per notification No.101-
BOPEE of 2022 dated 09-12-2022 shall not be eligible to participate in this counseling process irrespective of their choices filled during filling up of online application form. However, if any, candidate who has got a seat in either GNM/ANM or MRT course in any Pvt. Institution & wish to contest for Govt. seats in any branch of Paramedical Diploma Courses may participate in this counselling subject to his/her eligibility with the condition that he/she might lose the earlier seat allotted to him/her during counselling process vide notification No.101-BOPEE of 2022 dated 09-12-2022, therefore, the participating candidates are advised to take a conscious decision before reporting for the counseling.

Note :
1. The candidate(s), if any, who fail to attend the counseling on his/her scheduled day / date can be considered for counseling on next date subject to the condition that he/she shall not claim for the seat which was otherwise available on his/her day/date of counseling.

2. The seat matrix for Paramedical Diploma Courses including D-Pharma. Courses-2022 shall be uploaded on official website of the Board (www.jkbopee.gov.in) in due course of time before start of counseling.

3. The candidates are advised to visit BOPEE website regularly for day to day updates & availability of seats before reporting for counseling.

4. In case the name of any candidate(s) is listed in the Annexure B to the notification No.101-BOPEE of 2022 dated 09-12-2022, but subsequently it is established that the said candidate(s) has submitted the deficient documents upto the prescribed date, the Board shall decide his/her candidature for his/her inclusion in the Annexure A at the appropriate place, after seeking its genuineness.

5. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified by the Board in e-Information Brochure/ Notifications/ Notices issued from time to time in
