J&K BOPEE Entrance Examination Notification Regarding MBBS Courses

Provisional Selection List of candidates v. ho have been selected for MBBS Course against Non Resident of India (NRI) seats of ASCOMS, Jammu.

Pursuant to Notice No. 033-BOPEE of 2022 dated 24-11-2022 read with Notification No. 095-BOPEE of 2022 dated 29.12-2022, the Physical round of counselling was held on 01-12-2022 at BOPEE Office Srinagar/Jammu for admission to MBBS Course in ASCOMS, Jammu under NR1 Quota. The list of the candidates who have participated in the said counselling and have been provisionally selected for admission to MBBS Course in ASCOMS, Jammu under the said Quota seats is hereby notified as per the Annexure “A” to this Notification which shall remain available on the website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in only.

The provisionally selected candidates arc directed to report to ASCOMS, Jammu from 02-12-2022 to 06-12-2022 (till 04.00 P.M.) with the following documents :

a) Date of birth certificate

b) Marks card of 10+2

c) Domicile certificate of UT of J&K

d) All NRI documents in original and scanned copies of Passport and Driving license of the Sponsor

e) Any other certificate/document as may be required by the College Authorities

The ASCOMS shall keep its admission counter open even on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates in completion of their admissions. However. the candidates should in their own interest avoid waiting for the last day to complete the admission formalities as such delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.

The authorities of the institution are advised to furnish the shortfall, if any, by 06-12-2022 (till 05:00 P.M.) positively to the Board to enable it to take further course of action.

Note :

1) The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false / fabricated. and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidate(s).

2) The eligibility under NRI shall be subject to such other conditions as may be notified by the Competent Regulatory Body. Government of India/UT Government of J&K and such orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court applicable on the subject.
